We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Implementation Manager to join a high-impact project aimed at enhancing workspace services and user transitions across multiple sites. You will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions as part of a broader initiative supporting digital transformation in a classified environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a visionary team, utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure the successful implementation of cutting-edge solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and control assigned projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, information management, and documentation activities.
  • Coordinate and execute on-site implementations according to project schedules.
  • Track and report project progress via real-time updates and dashboards.
  • Organize, facilitate, and document project meetings and associated logistics.
  • Support project work plans, including scheduling and documentation control.
  • Maintain and improve the project's SharePoint libraries and portals.
  • Manage change processes and official project documentation.

Deliverables:

  • Completion of monthly sprints, with detailed reports on tasks and key milestones.
  • Updated project tracking dashboards and communication campaign overviews.
  • Verbal and written status briefs submitted within five days after the sprint is completed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in IT or technical environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based work.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and documentation.
  • Proficiency in tools like SharePoint and other project management platforms.
  • Ability to handle classified environments and adhere to security protocols.
  • NATO SECRET security clearance (or eligibility to obtain it).
