We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Implementation Manager to join a high-impact project aimed at enhancing workspace services and user transitions across multiple sites. You will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions as part of a broader initiative supporting digital transformation in a classified environment.

Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, monitor, and control assigned projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, information management, and documentation activities.
- Coordinate and execute on-site implementations according to project schedules.
- Track and report project progress via real-time updates and dashboards.
- Organize, facilitate, and document project meetings and associated logistics.
- Support project work plans, including scheduling and documentation control.
- Maintain and improve the project's SharePoint libraries and portals.
- Manage change processes and official project documentation.
Deliverables:
- Completion of monthly sprints, with detailed reports on tasks and key milestones.
- Updated project tracking dashboards and communication campaign overviews.
- Verbal and written status briefs submitted within five days after the sprint is completed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in IT or technical environments.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based work.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and documentation.
- Proficiency in tools like SharePoint and other project management platforms.
- Ability to handle classified environments and adhere to security protocols.
- NATO SECRET security clearance (or eligibility to obtain it).
