ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS is seeking a System Engineer (CIS Security) to support critical operational networks in a dynamic international environment. In this role, you will apply your expertise in cybersecurity to design, implement, and maintain secure systems that protect sensitive information and ensure operational continuity.
Responsibilities :
- Contribute to the design and implementation of secure architectures for large-scale systems, networks, and infrastructure in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical business networks.
- Manage security operations, including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response programs.
- Support security accreditation processes to maintain compliance with international standards and policies.
- Provide guidance on security governance and contribute to risk management and mitigation plans.
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity training and awareness programs to empower the organization.
- Monitor and report on security-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain a proactive security posture.
Qualifications :
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or a related field, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Alternatively, 6 years of progressive expertise in CIS security may be considered.
- Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CISM.
- Proven experience in at least two of the following areas: System security, Security architecture, Network security engineering, Risk management, Security audit
- Solid knowledge of network and security technologies including IPv4/IPv6, IPsec, Firewalls, VPNs, and Intrusion Detection Systems.
- Expertise in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and endpoint security.
- Experience with mobile and wireless technologies, including WLAN and satellite communications.
- Familiarity with NATO operations, policies, and security standards is an asset.
