What you will do:
- Innovate & Develop: Design and configure automated test frameworks, create and execute automation scripts using Python, Pytest, and other powerful tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, and Cypress.
- Test Excellence: Perform acceptance, integration, and system testing while ensuring complete test coverage that meets user requirements.
- Collaboration & Problem Solving: Work closely with project teams to identify automation test opportunities and efficiently resolve technical issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving frameworks, tools, and testing processes to streamline automation efforts.
- Quality Assurance: Report software defects, track testing activities, and provide accurate testing effort estimates.
What you bring:
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python programming with extensive experience in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and mathematical skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
- Testing Mastery: In-depth knowledge of performance testing frameworks and manual testing, with the ability to recommend the best approaches for both automated and manual testing.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, B2/C1 level) and the ability to work effectively in a multinational and multicultural environment.
