With ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS, small and medium sized businesses have access to a wide range of services, onsite and remotely, designed to provide peace of mind for their IT infrastructure. Occasionaly (during a migration, for example) as part of an audit or an IT Comfort Contract our experts install, maintain, manage and repair the entire range of IT products, OS and/or associated applications.
This global managed services contract with service level agreement (SLA) gives priority access to our services at a preferential rate, and includes a range of monitoring and preventive maintenance services. It provides a guaranteed response within half an hour, within 4 hours or the next working day, depending on the degree of urgency and the contract level.
