Role & Responsibilities:

  • Deskside Support: Deliver daily deskside support services, addressing end-user needs promptly and efficiently.
  • Incident & Problem Management: Take charge of registering end-user requests in the internal ticketing system, ensuring timely solutions and follow-up.
  • Proactive Monitoring: Utilize monitoring tools to proactively intervene in the local IT infrastructure, providing 1st & 2nd level support and troubleshooting.
  • Collaboration: Engage with various IT and support groups, both internal and external, to enhance end-user support levels. Actively participate in meetings aimed at continuous improvement.
  • Hardware Tasks: Perform hardware installation, repair, and maintenance tasks to ensure a reliable IT infrastructure.

Your Profile:

  • Passionate Support Engineer with a knack for solving tricky IT problems.
  • Expertise in IT environments, including Microsoft Windows 10/11, Linux, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and Remote Desktop Tools.
  • Basic networking skills.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or any other EU member state language is advantageous.
  • Quick assimilation of complex procedures and information.
  • ITIL foundation level certification is a plus.
