Are you an IT professional with expertise in Microsoft technologies, ready to lead and support a critical migration project?
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Expert M365 to support our client’s transition from Microsoft Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams and from Office 2016 to Microsoft Office 365. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact while collaborating with diverse teams!
Key responsibilities:
- Migration support: Provide expert guidance and support during the migration from Microsoft Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams and from Office 2016 to Microsoft Office 365.
- Technical consulting: Offer specialized consulting during the introduction phase (Hypercare) in 2nd level support for Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office 365, and related topics such as Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Conceptual advisory: Provide targeted consulting on conceptual topics related to M365, Microsoft Teams, and tenant management.
- Troubleshooting assistance: Assist in diagnosing and resolving issues within the interfaces between cloud and on-premises services, including manufacturer-specific queries.
- Support planning: Plan and coordinate support activities as needed.
Qualifications and experience:
- Expert knowledge in M365: Deep expertise in migration and support of Microsoft 365 (M365), particularly in Microsoft Teams, Office 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, and MFA.
- Cloud integration experience: Proven experience in integrating cloud services with on-premises environments and troubleshooting in these areas.
- Tenant management skills: Strong understanding of managing and utilizing Microsoft 365 tenants.
- Support experience: Background in 2nd or 3rd level support within the Microsoft M365 environment, with experience in planning and executing support processes.
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate complex technical issues effectively to non-IT departments.
Preferred certifications:
- Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) Office 365
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
Additional requirements:
- Language skills: Fluent in German and proficient in English.
- Communication abilities: Strong communication skills and experience engaging with various internal departments.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work both on-site and remotely after an initial onboarding phase on-site.
- Availability: Ready to provide 2nd-level support during the Hypercare phase.
