Your Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting stakeholders in planning and tracking projects, ensuring seamless migration processes, and facilitating effective communication between business units.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Providing invaluable support to stakeholders in the planning and tracking of projects.
- Collaborating in the creation of comprehensive project plans to ensure project success.
- Consulting and coordinating individual migrations in alignment with business objectives.
- Delivering regular progress reports to keep stakeholders informed and projects on track.
- Coordinating individual migrations and overseeing quality assurance processes.
- Addressing and resolving escalations promptly to maintain project momentum.
- Ensuring the smooth decommissioning of legacy systems as part of migration initiatives.
Your Profile:
To excel in this role, you'll need to bring:
- Strong methodical, communicative, and coordinating skills to effectively manage projects and stakeholders.
- Extensive experience and a deep understanding of PMO practices, methodologies, and processes.
- Proficiency in utilizing common project management tools, including HPESM (HP Enterprise Service Manager, formerly MicroFocus Service Manager), Jira, and Confluence.
- Fluent proficiency in German to facilitate seamless communication with stakeholders and team members.
