AISB-210 Software Test Engineer

As a Software Test Engineer, you'll be an integral part of our quality team, collaborating with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure the highest standards of quality in our products.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in Testing Effort: Help plan and estimate testing efforts, oversee test execution, and ensure adherence to approved test plans and deployment schedules.
• Continuous Improvement: Review existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance our testing procedures.
• Automation Solutions: Contribute to building robust, scalable, and efficient test automation solutions to streamline our testing processes.
• Strategic Planning: Participate in tactical and strategic planning for future quality programs, ensuring we stay ahead in quality assurance.
• Problem-Solving: Invent elegant solutions and tackle roadblocks to ensure smooth testing processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality software.
• Execution of Test Strategies: Guide the development team in planning and executing test strategies and cases based on specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to understand QA needs and contribute to the QA roadmap.
• Quality Metrics: Measure and report on quality assurance metrics regularly, ensuring high-quality deployments.
• Communication: Share quality information across the organization and aim for near-zero defect seepage into production.
