We are seeking a motivated Junior Technical Administrator to join our dynamic team, responsible for maintaining customer backup infrastructures. If you're passionate about technology and eager to grow in a fast-paced, multi-national environment, this is your opportunity!
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware Management: Analyze, propose configurations, maintain CMDB, and coordinate decommissioning activities.
- Service Provisioning & Maintenance: Set up and maintain storage devices, backup tools, SAN tasks, enforce standards, and perform routine updates.
- Daily Activities: Monitor infrastructure, resolve incidents, perform RCA, and collaborate with customers and providers to solve issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Backup & Storage technologies (Commvault, SAN, NAS)
- Familiarity with Disaster Recovery exercises
- Knowledge of scripting (Perl, Python, or Ansible) and Object Storage (S3) is a plus
- Strong communication, process-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
- Fluent in English (B2), French is an asset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
