AISG-0313 Scrum Master
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support our client's agile team in the successful execution of innovative projects in the energy sector.
As a key player, you will promote agile values, moderate Scrum events, and continuously optimize the agile process. You will be responsible for coaching the team, closely collaborating with the Product Owner, and removing obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
Your responsibilities:
- Independently moderating Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Refinements
- Participating in project-related meetings, such as weekly design meetings, review, and planning sessions
- Ensuring a clear and prioritized Product Backlog in close collaboration with the Product Owner
- Organizing and conducting Roadmap Reviews
- Assisting the team in writing User Stories
- Identifying and removing obstacles to ensure the team's progress
What you bring:
- Experience as a Scrum Master in agile teams
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany
- Strong understanding of agile principles and the Scrum methodology
