AISB-209 Fullstack Developer

We're seeking a motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key technical influencer, you'll collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to deliver exceptional software products. This role requires a keen eye for testing, ensuring our solutions exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Work within a cross-functional squad, enhancing existing customer products and internal R&D projects.
- Develop and implement new features, enhance technical aspects, and modernize application architecture.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, UX Designers, Backend Developers, and Testers.
- Contribute to the agile software development process and technical meetings.
- Implement frontend components based on specifications and visual designs.
- Assist in estimating frontend and backend-for-frontend (BFF) developments.
- Uphold standards of quality and participate in code reviews.
- 85% development / 15% maintenance split.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-stack or frontend development experience with ReactJS.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML & CSS with a focus on responsive design.
- Strong understanding of REST web services and browser security.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
- Motivated, flexible, and focused on solutions.
- Fluent in French and English (min. B1).
Nice-to-Haves:
Stand out from the crowd with these additional qualifications:
- Experience in Node.js or Espress.js.
- Proficiency in TypeScript.
- Background in software engineering for medium to large-scale projects.
- Ability to contribute to best practices and offer technical solutions.
- Familiarity with code bundling and task running.
- Understanding of E2E testing with frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
- Exposure to Agile/SCRUM methodology.
- Expertise in SASS, Redux, or other CSS pre-processor and state management solutions.
