AISB-257 .NET Architect - Technical Lead

Your mission:

With your technical expertise, you’ll architect and implement solutions that contribute directly to sustainable energy initiatives.

What you’ll do:

• Lead multiple development teams in an Agile environment, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration during sprints.
• Design and implement scalable architectures using C#, EF Core, and micro-service architecture.
• Guide front-end development with Blazor Web Assembly, and optimize deployment processes using Azure DevOps and Kubernetes.
• Develop cloud-native solutions, leveraging Azure cloud resources, and oversee the full lifecycle of product development from coding to testing.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, challenge technical decisions, and provide a clear vision of the target architecture.
• Organize collaborative technical sessions and mentor developers, fostering continuous learning and improvement.

Your expertise:

• Senior-level proficiency in .NET development, particularly with C#, Entity Framework Core, and micro-services.
• Experience with front-end technologies like Blazor Web Assembly.
• In-depth understanding of Kubernetes (pods, services, networking) and Helm for deployment.
• Strong skills in cloud infrastructure with Azure and experience managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to investigate technical issues.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leadership experience, especially in coaching and guiding developer teams in a Scrum setting.
