AISG-0302 IT-Support Mitarbeiter
We're on the lookout for a passionate IT Support Specialist (f/m/d) to join our dynamic team and make an immediate impact.
Location: Your primary location will be Freiburg with opportunities for remote work depending on project requirements.
Your Role:
As an IT Support Analyst, you will be the go-to person for your colleagues, ensuring seamless IT operations so they can focus on their core responsibilities. If you are solution-oriented, enthusiastic about solving complex issues, and enjoy working with diverse people, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional 1st and 2nd level support to your colleagues.
- Manage the Incident & Problem Management process daily.
- Log support requests in the IT ticketing system and track their status to ensure timely resolutions.
- Collaborate constantly with 3rd level specialists.
- Utilize analysis and monitoring tools effectively.
- Independently handle hardware rollouts, maintenance tasks, and installations.
What you bring:
- At least 2 years of experience in IT user support.
- A passion for IT and being a reliable team player.
- A dynamic ability to learn new processes quickly.
- Expertise in the Windows client environment: Windows 10, Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel), file and directory rights management, remote desktop tools, and remote deployments.
- Basic experience with Windows Server and networking knowledge.
- Fluency in English and mandatory fluent German. Other languages are a plus.
