Job Opportunity: Digital Business Analyst Expert

siness teams. You will ensure that business needs are well-understood, refined, and ready for implementation, while actively managing project roadmaps, risks, quality, and issues.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Management: Collect and analyze business needs, ensuring a clear understanding and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Liaison Between Teams: Act as the main point of contact between business and IT, guaranteeing alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive Refinement: Lead and facilitate meetings, ensure action items are followed up, and manage all aspects of refinement to deliver effective solutions.
  • Solution Delivery: Participate in the search and delivery of impactful digital marketing solutions, applying both analytical and technical expertise.
  • Impact Assessment: Identify the impact of business specifications on existing processes and collaborate with Process/Change Managers for smooth transitions.
  • Project Participation: Collect and translate business requirements into detailed IT specifications, using an agile and user-centric approach.
  • Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with Engineering, Business Partners, Operations, and IT departments.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT or business analysis, with a focus on digital transformation projects in a client-facing environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT, Agile-Scrum delivery frameworks, and the ability to conduct cost/benefit analyses.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage and structure complex projects with a focus on achieving results.
  • Business Experience: Proven ability to plan and facilitate meetings, and experience working closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Problem-solving and goal-oriented mindset
    • Negotiation and persuasion skills
    • Self-starter with an eagerness to learn and understand strategic business requirements

Technical Knowledge (Preferred):

  • Experience within a financial institution
  • Knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
  • Strong affinity for IT and digital transformation
