The ideal candidate will be a leader capable of balancing the commercial and human aspects of recruitment, while representing the company with dignity to clients and candidates. Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a passion for the IT field are essential assets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand clients' needs regarding IT recruitment.
- Utilize advanced search tools to find matching profiles in databases and specialized platforms.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates, assess their technical skills and cultural fit.
- Supervise and support a team of sourcers, ensuring careful follow-up and fostering their professional development.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from preselection to offer negotiation.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted partner.
Profile:
- Proven experience in IT recruitment, with particular expertise in sourcing and talent selection.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong sense of customer service.
- Fluency in French and English, German would be an additional advantage.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
