AbAKUS it-solutions is seeking to hire people passionate about IT not afraid to mix serious work and a bit of madness!

Opportunities are numerous. From bare applications development to of IT infrastructures management including conception, architecture and requirements analysis.

Although open to technologies used by our customers, AbAKUS it-solutions seeks mainly but not only consultants mastering: Windows and Linux Servers, networks, developments (JAVA, SAP, .NET,…) as well as highly specialised experts for example in cybersecurity or in Content Management System (CMS) (Sharepoint, Drupal, Weblogic…).

In terms of non-technical competencies, AbAKUS it-solutions hires dynamic persons, open to the world, interested by innovation and having a keen sense of client relationship.

A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.

Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.

AbAKUS it-solutions works either in its premises or in our customer’s one, remote activities are sometime possible.

We are looking for an experienced scrum master who would be interested to help our customers dealing with their large strategic digital transformation program !

Your Profile

Certified Scrum Master and proven experience as Scrum Master (at least 2 years’ experience as Scrum Master)

Knowledge of Prince 2 principles to understand our Hybrid Agile methodology (Prince 2 + Agile) and proven experience as PM (at least 5 years’ experience as Project Manager)

Can work in a flexible, consultancy minded learning environment, with different methodologies, various nationalities, partners, ...

Able to get to know the organization and the culture rapidly

Proactive personality

Open mindset and being able to work with different personalities

Strong communication skills

Strong reporting skills

A supportive servant leader: strong in people management, being a part of the team while strengthening the team

Able to motivate team members

Support on setting priorities for the team, ability to challenge the work priorities, discuss delivery and proposed deadlines when needed, assertive yet diplomatic approach
