You provide ongoing support to internal users by phone, email or in front office
You find solutions to problems with regards to IT applications
You are in charge of the IT infrastructure including set up, maintenance, monitoring and problem solving
Work is organised in shift


Language skills
Fluent in German and English.

Requested skills
1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
Troubleshooting Hardware and Software
Remote and telephonic assistance
Usage of a ticketing system
Helpdesk level 1 and level 2
MS-Office related applications
Basic Network skills
Autonomous, dynamic and able to work in team
Description société
- Planning and executions of software rollouts;
- Data Migration and Encryption;
- Tapes and Backup Management;
- Email Support and Ms Exchange Administration;
- BlackBerry Installation and Maintenance;
- Networking;
- End user support: Windows 7, Windows 2008 server;
- Active Directory.

Professional experience:

- At least 2 years' experience in a HelpDesk service;
- ITIL Foundation Certification;
- Technologies and méthodologies used: Hardware (Assembling -Disassembling PCs), Microsoft Office; Microsoft
Windows 7, Microsoft Windows Server 2008, Olympic user account management, Print Management, User account Management.


IT Graduate.


Fluent in German and English.

Although open to technologies used by our customers, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS seeks mainly but not only consultants mastering: Windows and Linux Servers, networks, developments (JAVA, SAP, .NET,…) as well as highly specialized experts for example in cybersecurity or in Content Management System (CMS) (SharePoint, Drupal, WebLogic…).

In terms of non-technical competencies, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS hires dynamic persons, open to the world, interested by innovation and having a keen sense of client relationship.

A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.

Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.
