IT Support Manager
We are looking for someone experienced in support and team management to complete the support of our customer. The mission can be summarized as follows:
Helpdesk position:
• Organization , implementation and maintenance of IS support
• Coordination of support teams
• IS Service management
• Coordination with the project teams
• Coordination of wiki sites, collaborative sites or social networks
• Follow-up of service quality
• Management and follow-up of user requests
• Guidance regarding the use of information systems
• Management of incidents related to information systems; organization of the reporting
• Conception and organization of user documentation for information systems
• Conception and management of IS training
• Participation in user, service and project meetings
Language skills
 English
 Knowledge of French is an asset
Requested technical skills
• 15 years of IT carreer!
• Proven knowledge in end user assistance or support of information systems
• Excellent knowledge of ITIL
• Good IT skills
• Some Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks (Yammer, Wiki and other collaboration tools)
• Excellent communication / writing skills.
• Good reporting methods.
• Ability to give presentations.
• Ability to apply high quality standards
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, good communication skills.
• Capability of working in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team; leadership capability.
• Able to cope with the needs of multi-language site deployment.
• Experience on IT systems development lifecycle and methodologies
• XMLrelated technologies (Schema's, Xpath)
• Handson experience with MS/Office products, especially MS/Access and MS/Excel
• Practical experience with JIRA is an advantage
• A bit of Business Analysis, testing applications and writing manual

Opportunities are numerous. From bare applications development to of IT infrastructures management including conception, architecture and requirements analysis.

Although open to technologies used by our customers, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS seeks mainly but not only consultants mastering: Windows and Linux Servers, networks, developments (JAVA, SAP, .NET,…) as well as highly specialized experts for example in cybersecurity or in Content Management System (CMS) (SharePoint, Drupal, WebLogic…).

In terms of non-technical competencies, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS hires dynamic persons, open to the world, interested by innovation and having a keen sense of client relationship.

A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.

Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.

ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS works either in its premises or in our customer’s one, remote activities are sometime possible.
