Continuous improvement expert
As part of the Channel Readiness & Improvement team the Continuous improvement team is responsible for the customer service & operational excellence within the residential sales and care organisation by implementing the appropriate improvements and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
Residential Sales & Customer Operations Department and support all channels (retail, customer contact, install and back office) has a total of more than 2000 customers advisors, managers and external partners.
As continuous improvement expert, you are responsible for the pursuit of operational excellence by implementing the right improvements. You also have to contribute to creating a mindset of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
The improvements for which you are responsible are the smaller projects and the ad hoc improvements within our Department are picked up. The improvements which you work are specifically aimed at improving processes and eliminating the non-quality within the retail channel. As continuous improvement expert you always care that there is sufficient coordination and involvement with the retail channel.
You are responsible for the analysis, prioritisation, the root cause assessment, defining the right improvements, implementing and measuring success.
You have experience in the area of continuous improvement and you shall ensure that your improvement projects have the necessary support within the organization.
You are the owner of your projects and programs and provides a qualitative and timely delivery of improvements that a maximum impact on the objectives of the channels. You will report on the status and progress of your projects to the manager.
You put tools and methodologies that can be used within the customer environment and this in every phase of the improvement project.
You are multilingual NL, En and FR.
Education, experience & Soft skills:
• At least 3 years of professional experience in process and/or improvement environments.
• University degree (Master) in a relevant subject.
Technical / professional experience
• You have a master's degree with experience in process and/or improvement environments
• You have strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking ability
• You are result-oriented and guarantees qualitative and timely deliveries
• You have an inspirational style of work
• You have an expert in the area of continuous improvement and are by your intrinsic interest always looking for improvements
• You take ownership of your tasks and are able to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
• You are communicative and know messages to convey in a clear and inspiring way
Opportunities are numerous. From bare applications development to of IT infrastructures management including conception, architecture and requirements analysis.
Although open to technologies used by our customers, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS seeks mainly but not only consultants mastering: Windows and Linux Servers, networks, developments (JAVA, SAP, .NET,…) as well as highly specialized experts for example in cybersecurity or in Content Management System (CMS) (SharePoint, Drupal, WebLogic…).
In terms of non-technical competencies, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS hires dynamic persons, open to the world, interested by innovation and having a keen sense of client relationship.
A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.
