AISL-134 Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • User Needs Analysis: Dive deep into user requirements to identify and implement solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Workshops Facilitation: Organize engaging workshops with key users to gather insights and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Process and Software Solutions Improvement: Propose enhancements in terms of processes and/or software solutions to optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborative Solution Development: Work closely with project stakeholders to develop and refine solutions.
  • Functional Architecture Modeling: Conceptualize and model the functional architecture of applications.
  • Test Strategy Definition: Define a comprehensive test strategy, from test plan development to test case execution.
  • Test Execution Support: Support test execution and prepare concise reports and dashboards.

Theoretical Skills:

  • Proven experience in functional analysis and/or testing.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Scrum.
  • Knowledge of functional analysis methodologies.
  • Understanding of testing strategies.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, BPMN, UML, XML, SQL.

Desired Profile:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Proactive, meticulous, and methodical approach to work.
  • Strong written, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the relevant field.

Education / Certifications:

  • University degree (Bac+3/+5) in computer science, economics/management with a focus on IT, or equivalent.

Languages:

  • Proficiency in French and English at a minimum B1 level; knowledge of Luxembourgish is an advantage.
