We are in search of a dynamic Product/Service Owner to drive strategic development and optimization in these pivotal areas.

Your Role:

As the Product/Service Owner, you'll lead two dedicated squads focused on container orchestration and security services. Your role involves:

Product Ownership: 

  • Crafting and executing strategic visions for both container orchestration and security services.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with industry standards and customer needs.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize feature enhancements.

Team Leadership:

  • Managing and inspiring dedicated squads, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Ensuring squads surpass performance targets, enhancing engagement and satisfaction.

Service Roadmap:

  • Developing strategic enhancement plans based on industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Overseeing the entire service lifecycle from ideation to continual optimization.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements, aligning product development with organizational goals.
  • Communicating updates, roadmaps, and value propositions effectively.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Defining and tracking KPIs, driving iterative enhancements based on insights and feedback loops.
  • Encouraging innovation within squads to explore new technologies and methodologies.

Collaboration and Quality Assurance:

  • Collaborating with other Product/Service Owners and teams for seamless service integration and delivery.
  • Maintaining high service quality and compliance with relevant standards.

Qualifications We're Seeking:

  • 8-10 years of product or service ownership experience in container orchestration and security services.
  • Strong knowledge of container orchestration technologies (PKS, EKS) and security services (PAM, SAM, CAMS).
  • Proven leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • EU citizenship.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in any other European language is advantageous.
