Your mission:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, from initial assessment through to operational handover. Working closely with a diverse team, including analysts, change managers, and test coordinators, your mission is to lead and deliver projects with precision, ensuring they meet the client’s needs and business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct or supervise preliminary analyses (offer coordination), including defining scope, resources, technology, and budget.
- Identify key stakeholders, establish project charters, and define organizational structures.
- Lead internal and external kick-off meetings to align project goals with client expectations.
- Define project deliverables and milestones with an agile, client-centric approach.
- Build and motivate cross-functional project teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all business stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress (planning, budget, scope, risks) and manage change effectively.
- Facilitate collaboration across all involved teams and stakeholders.
- Step in hands-on during critical project phases to ensure success.
- Oversee execution, testing, training, and ensure successful production launches.
- Provide comprehensive reporting and clear communication at all project stages.
What we’re looking for:
We need a senior professional with a strong background in Project and Portfolio Management (PPM). Expertise with Planisware is a major plus. You should be skilled in breaking down complex needs into actionable plans, and comfortable navigating both technical and business-focused discussions.
Your skills & expertise:
- Project management mastery: Proven senior-level experience managing projects end-to-end.
- PPM expertise: In-depth knowledge of PPM tools (Planisware experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills: Adept at requirement engineering and scope definition.
- Top-notch communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Agile leadership: Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum certification is a plus.
- Stakeholder management: Ability to interact confidently with technical teams, management, and clients.
- Results-driven: Focused on delivering client value through iterative, short-term cycles.
- Hands-on support: Ready to step in and assist during peak workload periods.
- Collaborative spirit: A team player who can inspire and align cross-functional teams.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of BPMN standards.
- Experience with brainstorming techniques, interviews, workshops, and design thinking.

A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
