AISB-255 Lead Test Automation Engineer

We're looking for a Lead Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. Step into a key role where you'll shape the testing process, ensure smooth sprint execution, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure our solutions exceed expectations.
What you'll do:
- Define and implement test strategies for each sprint
- Review and refine acceptance criteria for user stories
- Lead the automation and execution of test cases in client environments
- Work closely with testers and developers to ensure seamless bug fixes
- Manage and maintain test data in client environments
- Coordinate weekly with the client’s test lead and facilitate monthly workshops with Product Owners
- Own and maintain the Test Automation Framework (both functional and technical)
What we’re looking for:
Technical skills:
- Strong experience in Jira + Xray, Jenkins + Cucumber, Protractor/Cypress (Selenium), Spring Cloud Contract Testing, and BaseX
- Ability to lead the full test lifecycle, from strategy to execution
Soft skills:
- A deep understanding of business needs and translating them into quality tests
- Expertise in working within an Agile environment
- Leadership and communication skills to work closely with developers and testers
- A solution-oriented mindset, always aiming for efficiency and effectiveness
Working conditions:
- Hybrid setup: 2 days onsite in Namur (Tuesday is mandatory), 3 days remote
- Full-time role, offering flexibility and a balanced work-life experience
Languages:
- French fluency is mandatory to communicate with both our local and international teams.

A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.
