Join our team as a First-Level IT Technical Support Specialist (Junior/Senior)

Are you passionate about IT support and troubleshooting technical issues? Do you enjoy helping users and ensuring optimal IT system performance? We are looking for First-Level IT Technical Support Specialists (Junior and Senior) to join our dynamic team! You will be on the front lines solving technical incidents, providing top-quality support to users, and contributing to the smooth operation of IT services for our clients.

Main responsibilities:

  • Incident support: Provide initial support for common IT incidents, perform basic troubleshooting, and offer solutions to typical IT-related problems.
  • Network patching: Provide support for network patching on-site and in technical rooms.
  • Microsoft 365 support: Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, To Do).
  • Mobile device management: Manage mobile devices (registering, unregistering, checking device status, managing user profiles).
  • Remote access troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve remote access issues, ensuring stable connections for users.
  • Certificate and OTP registration: Help users sign certificates and register One-Time Passwords (OTP).
  • File sharing and data management: Provide support for file sharing, file restoration, and understanding data drive purposes.
  • Data deletion: Ensure compliance by deleting all data on IT assets (PCs, servers, phones, etc.) according to internal guidelines.
  • IT asset management: Maintain an inventory of IT assets, including barcode scanning, tracking software installed on devices, and managing the asset lifecycle.
  • Stock monitoring: Track IT item quantities and proactively report potential stock shortages (e.g., PCs, printers).
  • IT Asset receiving and sorting: Responsible for unboxing IT equipment, sorting materials, labeling barcodes, and managing stock.

Videoconferencing and Hybrid Meeting Support: Assist with setting up videoconferencing, hybrid meetings, and web streaming configurations.

What we’re looking for:

  • Languages: Strong knowledge of both English and French.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.

Technical skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10 and 11.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner).
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory management (adding/removing users, resetting passwords).
  • Familiarity with WipeDrive and Webex.

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and quickly.
  • Proactive and organized approach to managing IT assets and stock.
  • Knowledge of IT hardware and software management.
