AISL-151 ServiceNow Administrator

Your Role:
As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will play a key role in optimizing and managing the ServiceNow platform within the company. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, you will have the opportunity to grow in a collaborative environment and actively contribute to the digital transformation of our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Configure, administer, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure its proper functioning and meet the needs of the company.
- Customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc.) and develop new features based on requests.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow while ensuring complete and up-to-date documentation.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure the integration of ServiceNow with other internal systems.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and the implementation of best ITIL practices.
- Train and assist end-users to ensure optimal use of the platform.
Desired Profile:
- Language: Fluency in French is mandatory (both oral and written).
- Experience: For junior profiles: A first experience in IT platform administration, ideally ServiceNow, would be a plus.
- For senior profiles: A solid experience (5 years or more) in ServiceNow administration and in-depth knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM modules.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript), REST/SOAP APIs, and ITIL principles.
- Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork ability, adaptability, strong communication skills, and customer service orientation.
- ServiceNow Certifications: An appreciated asset, especially for senior profiles.
